Donation Disclaimer

When donation tools are activated, donations to Safe Steps Run Club will be used to support nonprofit activities, including community events, outreach materials, supplies, family-centered programs, run club activities, and resource connection efforts.

Tax Deductibility

Safe Steps Run Club is organized as a nonprofit organization. Donors should consult their own tax professional regarding whether a donation is tax-deductible based on their individual situation and applicable law.

No Goods or Services

Unless otherwise stated in a written receipt or event notice, donations are generally intended as charitable support and not payment for goods or services.

Restricted Gifts

If a donor requests that a donation be used for a specific purpose, Safe Steps Run Club may accept or decline that restriction depending on organizational needs, compliance requirements, and board approval.

Donation Receipts

Donation receipts will be provided when required or appropriate. Donors should keep their receipts for personal records.
